Excellent Basic Salary

We recognise the importance of a high basic salary as a key part of
attracting new people to join us. Our basic salaries are more than competitive, particularly when considered with the numerous other rewards on offer.

Monthly Bonuses

At the end of each month we review both the financial performance of the
company and each individuals contribution to our success, and calculate a bonus for each person. There are no complicated formulas or criteria to worry about. We want to be paying bonuses because it shows that the company is doing well.

Loyalty Bonus

On the first anniversary of your employment with us, we will pay you a bonus equivalent to 3% of your basic salary. This is not performance related,
it is simply a reward for your years service to the company. On your second
anniversary, we will pay you 6% and so on until on your 10th year we will
pay you 30% of your basic salary. Loyalty is important to us, and we
choose to reward it

Life Assurance

We fully understand the difficulties that a lack of life assurance can cause, and
so we provide a policy that covers an amount equal to twice your basic salary as part of your package with us.

Health Insurance

We provide a comprehensive private health insurance policy for all
our people.

Gym Membership

In September 2003 we proudly opened our very own, state of the art gymnasium at our Watford offices. Over 80% of the people who work here wanted an on-site private gym, and as always, we delivered. The gym is for the sole use of Loans.co.uk employees, and is staffed by 3 full time instructors.

We have our own aerobics studio, where classes are held each week, a free weights area, a resistance machines area and a large cardiovascular section that incorporates many machines. No expense has been spared on the changing and showering facilities, which would put most private gyms to shame. Even the towels are provided and laundered without charge to the users!

Additionally, we have a tanning booth and a treatments/massage room that
are regularly used. The gym is open 6am - 2pm then 5pm - 9pm Monday to
Thursday, 6am - 8pm on Friday, 9am - 2pm on Saturday and is closed
on Sunday. So there is no excuse to join in the fun and keep fit.

In Preston, our people automatically become a member of Fitness First Health Club. Their friendly staff help in anyway they can, from showing you how to use a machine, to designing an individually tailored work-out programme. They also answer nutritional questions and can even design a healthy eating plan.

Relaxation Room

We have recently opened a relaxation room in Preston which provides a welcome space for our people to unwind during breaks and lunchtimes. The room features comfortable seating, an internet café, sky TV, a pool table, three Playstation 2 consoles and even an air hockey table.

Overtime

We try as hard as we can to complete our workload during the working day.
On occasions where it is necessary to work overtime, this is paid for over
and above normal pay.

Celebrity Visits

We regularly have a celebrity visit our offices to have a look round, meet everyone, have their pictures taken with our people and sign autographs. The people that work here suggest who they would like to visit, and we do our best to get them through our doors.
